Some writers use का for के before another postposition.

How It Works

In Bhojpuri speech, the linking word before another postposition is के: खाना के बाद. In writing, you may see का in the same place.

It is common in print.

Do not use का in speech. Say के, and recognise का when you read.

खाना का बाद टहलल नीक होला।
A walk after the meal is good.
का बाद is the written form of के बाद.
मन का गहराई में ई बात बइठल बा।
This idea sits deep in the heart.
का is used before a noun group.
सरकार का अलावे केहू मदद ना कइलस।
Nobody helped except the government.
