มิฉะนั้น means otherwise or if not so. The examples link a requirement with the possible or stated result if it is not met.

How It Works

1. Read The If-Not Relation
มิฉะนั้น means “otherwise.” The payment sentence says service may be suspended if payment is not made by the stated date. อาจ gives a possibility. The economic sentence also presents a possible consequence, rather than certainty supplied by the connector.

2. Read The Following Statement
The mutual-understanding sentence includes ก็ in the consequence. The application sentence states how an incomplete submission would be treated. These are illustrative statements; they do not establish any current service or application policy.

3. Compare Complete Alternatives
Compare ไม่งั้น and หาไม่แล้ว in their own examples. Learn มิฉะนั้น as a whole word, without needing a proposed history of each syllable to understand its present meaning.

4. Otherwise Or Therefore
The selected card asks for a broken car causing lateness. ฉะนั้น gives “therefore” in that sentence. มิฉะนั้น would instead introduce what follows if the previous situation is not so.
