सबैभन्दा is the most.

How It Works

सबै means all, and भन्दा means than, so सबैभन्दा means than all. It names the top of the group: the nicest, the biggest, the cheapest.

It also works for what you like best: मलाई सबैभन्दा दही मन पर्छ (I like yoghurt the most).

Nepali has no word for the, so say nothing extra.

If you want to say the most among a group, name the group first: कक्षामा सबैभन्दा सानो (the smallest in the class).

यो सबैभन्दा राम्रो घर हो।
This is the nicest house.
सबैभन्दा comes before राम्रो.
उनी सबैभन्दा अग्लो छिन्।
She is the tallest.
