جہاں بھی / جب بھی
Wherever or Whenever
Any matching place or occasion → the same relationship holds.
How It Works
جہاں بھی introduces any place meeting the description; جب بھی introduces any matching occasion. They can describe repeated real events or open possibilities.
A following وہاں or تب may make the connection explicit, but the sentence need not repeat it when the relationship is already clear.
Look at the whole event rather than translating بھی as an extra “also.” In these expressions it helps make the place or time unrestricted.
