што се однесува до
As for
Што се однесува до = as for or as far as ... is concerned: Што се однесува до мене, се согласувам. (As for me, I agree.)
How It Works
Turning to a topic. Use it when you move from one thing to another: Хотелот беше убав. Што се однесува до храната, не беше нешто посебно. (The hotel was nice. As for the food, it was nothing special.) Adding а in front makes the switch clearer: А што се однесува до цената, ќе се договориме.
Giving your own view. Што се однесува до мене often means "as far as I am concerned": Што се однесува до мене, можеме да почнеме. (As far as I am concerned, we can start.)
Forms. The words што се однесува never change, whatever follows: што се однесува до децата, што се однесува до нас. After the preposition до, a pronoun takes its long form, as after any preposition: до мене, до неа, до нив. See long pronouns.
Similar phrases. Што се однесува на is also used with the same meaning. Во однос на and во врска со are more formal and can stand inside a sentence: Немаме прашања во однос на цената. To give an opinion, you can also use според: Според мене, филмот е добар.
