আমি জিকিছোঁ “we have won”, and প্ৰিয়ংকাই এযোৰ নতুন পোছাক কিনিছে “Priyanka has bought a new dress”.

How It Works

The perfect looks at the result today. “We have won” means that the game is over and we are the winners.

PersonEndingExample
মই, আমি-িছোঁজিকিছোঁ “we have won”
তুমি-িছাকৰিছা “you have done”
আপুনি, তেওঁ, সি, তাই-িছেকিনিছে “has bought”

After a stem that ends in a vowel, the ি is written as the letter ই: খাইছোঁ “I have eaten”. হ and যা use short forms: হৈছে “has become”, গৈছে “has gone”. The ending -িছোঁ keeps its nasal mark. For something further back in the past, or something that used to happen, use -িছিলোঁ, which has its own row.
