The word before the noun is the same for a man and a woman. Say ओकर बहिन for his sister or her sister, and ओकर भाई for his brother or her brother.

Before a postposition, ओकर becomes ओकरा: ओकरा घर में. उनकर and इनकर become उनका and इनका: उनका घर में.

Use उनकर for a teacher, parent or elder: उनकर घर पटना में बा. For a close friend or a child, ओकर is fine.
