چاہے ... پھر بھی
Even if a Condition Holds
Even if this happens → the result stays the same.
How It Works
چاہے can introduce a concession: the speaker accepts a possible obstacle without changing the main statement. پھر بھی emphasizes that the result holds despite it.
A subjunctive often follows چاہے when the obstacle is hypothetical. With words such as کتنا, the sentence can mean “however much” or “no matter how.”
The main clause keeps the tense and person it needs. Do not turn the whole sentence into a wish just because چاہے resembles a form of چاہنا.
