Completed Events Under Conditions and Requirements

Level 6

اگر تا فردا تمام کرده باشیم، می‌فرستیم. → condition. برای ارسال، باید تا فردا تمام کرده باشیم. → requirement.

How It Works

Set a future reference. اگر تا فردا گزارش را تمام کرده باشیم، آن را می‌فرستیم places completion before tomorrow’s reference. The speaker leaves that completion open as the condition for sending.

State a goal-based requirement. برای ارسالِ گزارش، باید تا فردا آن را تمام کرده باشیم can require completion in time for sending. The goal and deadline establish the requirement; it is not a conclusion that tomorrow’s work has already happened.

Compare present evidence. آن‌ها باید تا حالا گزارش را تمام کرده باشند can instead infer completion by now from available evidence. باید and the perfect subjunctive are present in both patterns, so read the full context.

Keep actors and dependencies. تمام کرده باشیم identifies us; می‌فرستیم identifies us again in the conditional example. Another sentence can assign sending to a different group. Completion does not automatically assert subsequent sending unless the main clause or context does.
