The noun takes its changed shape first, so घर becomes घरा- and शाळा becomes शाळे-.

With a pronoun, the pronoun takes its special shape: माझ्याजवळ, तुझ्यामागे, त्याच्याशेजारी.
The word comes after the noun and before आहे: दुकान बँकेशेजारी आहे.
-शेजारी also fits people: सई माझ्याशेजारी बसते.
Use these words to describe a street: शाळा घराजवळ आहे, आणि दुकान शाळेमागे आहे.
-जवळ can also say that someone has something on them: माझ्याजवळ पैसे नाहीत (I don't have money with me).
After -च्या, the place word may stand alone: घराच्या मागे. Choose one spelling for a phrase and keep it.
The noun takes the same changed shape as before -त and -ला. Three common cases follow. A feminine noun that ends in -ा takes -े (शाळेजवळ). A masculine or neuter noun that ends in a consonant takes -ा (घराजवळ). A feminine noun that ends in a consonant usually takes -े (बँकेजवळ), but a few take -ी (भिंतीजवळ).

Leaving the noun unchanged.

Keeping the plain feminine noun.
