Asking What to Do: -ईं
The -ईं form with हम asks for advice or makes an offer.
How It Works
The -ईं form is the Bhojpuri shall. It is made from the stem: With हमनी, add जा.
| Use | Example |
|---|---|
| inviting | चलीं जा। |
The same form is used for polite requests to रउआ (करीं, आईं). The pronoun makes the difference: हम करीं is shall I; रउआ करीं is please do.
For a habit, use करीले. Do not use it for an offer.
