How It Works
यद्यपि ... तापनि is a formal pair for although and still. The first clause admits a difficulty, and the second clause says the result happens anyway.

Everyday speech uses भए पनि, तैपनि or -दा पनि for the same idea. यद्यपि ... तापनि sounds more careful, and you will see it in news, essays and speeches. You may also see यद्यपि alone with तैपनि or तर in the second clause, but the full pair is the clearest form.

The future -नेछौँ fits the formal tone.
- यद्यपि सरकारले सहयोग गर्यो, तापनि समस्या पूरै हल भएन।
Although the government helped, the problem was not fully solved.
