Saying It Is Possible
The -न form plus सकिन्छ tells what is possible in general, with no person named.
How It Works
Plain सक्नु means that a person is able: म पौडन सक्छु (I can swim). सकिन्छ tells that something is possible for anyone, for example because of a rule or the situation.

The form is close to the English one can or it is possible to. Use it for places, services, rules and facts: यो सामान अनलाइन किन्न सकिन्छ (you can buy this online).
The verb never changes for person. The place or situation comes first, and the thing you can do comes right before सकिन्छ.

जान सकिन्छ is a general possibility.
- यो सामान अनलाइन किन्न सकिन्छ।

किन्न is the -न form of किन्नु.
- यहाँ बाहिर बस्न सकिँदैन, धेरै चिसो छ।
You cannot sit outside here, it is very cold.
सकिँदैन is the negative, with a chandrabindu.
- नदीमा पौडी खेल्न सकिन्छ?
Is it possible to swim in the river?
The question uses the same form.
- सबै कुरा सिक्न सकिन्छ।
Everything can be learned.
सिक्न सकिन्छ names a possibility for anyone.
Common Mistakes
Leaving off the -न ending.
