რამდენი means how many or how much, and the noun after it stays singular.

The noun stays singular after რამდენი, by the same rule as after numbers: ორი ბავშვი (two children). It is one of the first habits to build in Georgian.

რამდენი წლის ხარ? (literally of how many years are you?) asks someone's age. The answer has the same shape: ოცი წლის ვარ (I'm twenty).

For a price, you can say რამდენი ღირს? or რა ღირს? Both are common.
