संग means with or together with.

How It Works

Use it for company: हमरे संग चलौ (come with me). It also says what a thing goes with: रोटी के संग दाल (dal with bread).

For a tool or means, use से instead: चम्मच से (with a spoon). संग is for company and for things that go together.

Many speakers say साथ as well: अम्मा के साथ. Lessons use संग.
