-نے والا / والی / والے
A Person or Thing Associated with an Action
Use the -نے infinitive form, then match والا to the noun.
How It Works
The connection may describe a usual role, a relevant occasion or an expected action. It does not automatically mean that the activity is happening right now.
The described noun can be left out when the context makes it clear: پڑھنے والوں refers to the people who read, in an oblique plural form.
With ہونا, the same family of forms can also describe an impending action. Read context carefully: a regular activity and something about to happen are different uses. The -نے ending here belongs to the infinitive, not the separate subject marker نے.

والا agrees with masculine singular ساتھی.
