Put ყველაზე before an adjective to say the most: ყველაზე დიდი means the biggest.
How It Works
To say the biggest or the most beautiful, put ყველაზე (q'velaze) before the describing word.

The word is easy to understand once you split it: ყველა (all) and -ზე (than). So ყველაზე დიდი is bigger than all.
It works with adverbs too: ყველაზე ადრე (the earliest), ყველაზე მეტად (most of all). ყველაზე მეტად ხინკალი მიყვარს means I love khinkali most of all.
The noun after it does not change: ყველაზე დიდი ქალაქი (the biggest city). There is no word for the.
