How It Works

SubjectFormExample

The first verb is the bare stem: बोल, आ, गा. Do not use the -े form before सकल.

सकल changes with the tense in the usual way, like पढ़ल. To say cannot, put ना before the stem: ऊ भोजपुरी ना बोल सकेला.

To say managed to or was able to do something once, use (I could not sleep).
