Present of viure
Viure (to live) is irregular in the present: vivi, vives, viu, vivèm, vivètz, vivon.
How It Works
Viure means to live. Its stem has a v in most forms, and the third person singular is viu.
| Who | viure |
|---|---|
| ieu | vivi |
| tu | vives |
| el, ela | viu |
| nosautres | vivèm |

For where you live, demorar is the first verb you learn: Demòri a Tolosa. Viure also works with a place, as in Vivèm en França, and it also means to be alive: Mon paire viu encara (My father is still alive).
