Where
სად means where, both where something is and where someone is going.
How It Works

The answer to both kinds of question often uses -ში: თბილისში means in Tbilisi with ცხოვრობ (live) and to Tbilisi with მიდიხარ (go).
For where from, use საიდან: საიდან ხარ? (Where are you from?)
The subject can come first, since the question word only has to be right before the verb: ნინო სად არის? (Where is Nino?)
