کیا ...؟
A Question Used to Challenge a Claim
A question in form → a challenge in context.
How It Works
A speaker can ask a question whose expected answer supports a point they want to make. کیا یہ انصاف ہے؟ can express the view that something is unfair.
The same wording can be a real question in another setting. Tone, shared information, and the surrounding conversation determine the force.
Rhetorical questions can sound forceful or confrontational. Do not label every negative question or every question with کیا rhetorical.
