How It Works

बिस्तारै is an adverb, a word that tells how something is done. It stands before the verb.

It works with the polite command -नुहोस्. With a friend, use the friend's form: बिस्तारै बोल.

You can also use it about yourself: म बिस्तारै नेपाली बोल्छु means I speak Nepali slowly.

फेरि means again. Put it before भन्नुहोस् when you did not hear or understand.

बिस्तारै also describes slow movement: बिस्तारै हिँड्नुहोस् means please walk slowly.
