Compare: რა გინდა? asks what you want in general, while რომელი გინდა? asks which of these you want.
Like other adjectives, რომელი changes a little in other cases: რომელ ქალაქში? (in which city?) You will learn these forms at Level 2.
The question for the time, რომელი საათია? (What time is it?), uses რომელი too.
The answer often just points: ეს (this one) or ის (that one).
