ho, ve, hura
Short Exclamations
An exclamation is a small word with no ending.
How It Works
| Word | Feeling |
|---|---|
| ho | oh: a strong feeling of any kind |
| ha | ah: wonder or surprise |
| ve | alas: sorrow or regret |
| hura | hooray: joy and cheering |
| he | hey: calling for attention |
| fi | ugh: dislike |
They can be joined: ho ve means oh dear. For praise, people say Bonege! and Brave! Each of these is a whole sentence by itself, so it needs no verb.
Ho fits many feelings, so the words around it show which one. Nu is another small word: it means well, and it starts a new thought, as in Nu, ni komencu!
