اتنا ... کہ
A Degree Leading to a Result
So much / so intense → that this results.
How It Works
This construction presents a degree as leading to a result. اتنا can modify a manner or appear with a masculine singular item; اتنی and اتنے fit relevant feminine or masculine plural agreement.
The clause after کہ gives the outcome or extent. It is a full clause with its own subject and verb.
Keep this result use separate from pointing to an amount with اتنا on its own. The paired construction tells us what that amount or intensity leads to.
