Stressed Pronouns after a Preposition
After a preposition: per ieu, amb tu, de nosautres.
How It Works
| Person | After a preposition | Example |
|---|---|---|
| me | ieu | Aquò es per ieu. |
| you (one person) | tu | Vau amb tu. |
| him | el | Parli d'el. |
| her | ela | Joan ven amb ela. |
| us | nosautres | Venètz amb nosautres? |
| you (several people) | vosautres | Parlam de vosautres. |
| them | eles, elas | Sèm amb eles. |
Prepositions such as per, amb, de, sens and a take these pronouns. De becomes d' before el and ela.
The pronouns me and te go before a verb. After a preposition, use ieu and tu: per ieu, not per me.
