Say the hour with the number and बजे.
How It Works

बजे does not change: it is the same for every hour. The sentence follows the usual order, with the time before the verb: स्कूल दस बजे खुजैत अछि.
Use सँ and धरि for a range: नौ बजे सँ पाँच बजे धरि (from nine to five). Use पहिने and बाद for before and after an hour.
Ask about an event with कखन: अहाँ कखन उठैत छी? The answer is the hour with बजे.
