Whatever, Whenever and Wherever
For a person, say (Whoever comes is our guest.)
How It Works
| Word | Meaning | Example |
|---|---|---|
Each word begins a clause, and the clause usually comes before the main sentence. After هر جا, هر وقت and هر کس, you may add که.
The verb shows the time. For something that has not happened yet, use the subjunctive: For something that happens again and again, use the present or the past with (Whenever it rains, my mother makes aushak.)
هرچه with ـتر means "as … as possible": هرچه زودتر خبرم کن. (Let me know as soon as possible.)
هرچه is for things. For a person, say هر کس: هرچه بیاید says "whatever comes", and هر کس که بیاید says "whoever comes".
