In a month: u + locative.

How It Works

The month names are masculine nouns: januar, februar, mart, april, maj, juni, juli, august, septembar, oktobar, novembar, decembar. With u meaning in, they take the locative ending -u.

Notice that septembar loses its a (u septembru), and so do oktobar, novembar and decembar.

Use the same pattern for the question Kad? with a month: U maju.

You may also see jun, jul and avgust from other places. Bosnian uses juni, juli, august.
