How It Works
Use u to express "at" with a time. The question is U koliko sati?, and the answer repeats the pattern.

In everyday speech people often drop sati: Ručak je u dva. With pola there is no word for hour at all.
If you want to say when something starts, use počinje (begins): Film počinje u sedam. To say until a time, use do: do pet sati.
