How It Works

Place the topic inside جہاں تک ... کا تعلق ہے. The rest of the sentence addresses that particular matter, often in a longer discussion with several aspects.

تعلق is masculine, which gives کا. A personal pronoun uses a masculine possessive such as میرا تعلق; the speaker’s gender does not change it to میری.

This is a relatively formal organizing expression. It can help clarify a change of topic, but a short everyday answer may not need the full frame.

    The statement addresses the time available.

    کا agrees with تعلق rather than feminine قیمت.

    As far as I am concerned, I agree with this proposal.

    میرا belongs to تعلق and does not establish the speaker’s gender.

  4. جہاں تک بچوں کی تعلیم کا تعلق ہے، دونوں منصوبے مفید ہیں۔

    As far as the children’s education is concerned, both plans are useful.

    The full noun phrase names the area of discussion.
