How It Works

ٹھیک ہے، میں تیار ہوں means okay, I am ready. The phrase acknowledges what was said.

کیا آپ تیار ہیں؟ — جی ہاں answers yes politely to a respectful question.

کیا یہ آپ کی کتاب ہے؟ — جی نہیں politely answers no.

جی، یہاں بیٹھیے uses جی as a polite attention marker before an invitation.
