ni treba + Infinitive

Not Having to Do Something

Level 4

Ni treba with an infinitive says an action is unnecessary.

How It Works

Ni treba with an infinitive says an action is unnecessary. A dative pronoun can identify the person concerned. It does not prohibit the action.

In Ni mi treba delati, mi identifies who has no obligation and delati names the action. Ni remains third-person singular in this impersonal construction. Omitting mi makes the statement more general rather than changing the infinitive's form.

  2. Ni mi treba delati.
