How It Works

میں علی کے ساتھ چلتی ہوں means I walk with Ali. علی کے ساتھ says who is with the speaker.

آپ کے ساتھ کون ہے؟ asks who is with you. Respectful آپ comes before کے ساتھ.

For several children, use بچوں کے ساتھ. The direct plural بچے becomes oblique بچوں.

The person doing the action controls the subject’s agreement. A phrase with کے ساتھ names their companion.
