How It Works

Recognize the state. ورود برای عموم آزاد می‌باشد states that entry is open to the public. The ordinary version with آزاد است expresses the same state in clearer everyday standard wording.

Read person and number. این نسخه‌ها موجود می‌باشند has a third-plural ending on می‌باشند. Recognizing the form helps with formal texts, but it does not require replacing every ordinary هستند in learner production.

Keep a real time change separate. ورود برای عموم آزاد خواهد بود explicitly states a future state. Do not infer futurity from می‌باشد merely because it differs from است.

Use a register-appropriate form. Formal documents can preserve conventional wording. In a new clear sentence, این نسخه موجود است is a straightforward standard choice. The lesson does not declare all existing می‌باشد sentences ungrammatical or rank bureaucratic wording as better Persian.
