Welcome: Nnọọ
Nnọọ: Welcome
Nnọọ: welcome. Nnọọ nụ: welcome, all of you.
How It Works
Nnọọ welcomes a guest. For two or more guests, add nụ, the same plural ending that appears on commands.
| Say | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Nnọọ. | Welcome. |
| Nnọọ nụ. | Welcome, all of you. |
| Nnọọ, Obi. | Welcome, Obi. |
The double ọọ is part of the spelling, and the vowel is said a little longer. Written alone it is a welcome to someone who arrives.
