बड्ड and बहुत mean very or a lot; बड़ is a shorter spoken form.

How It Works

बड्ड means very and also a lot of. It comes before the word it strengthens.

बड्ड is the form used in writing and narration. बड़ is shorter and belongs to casual speech: बड़ ठंढा अछि. Both are common.

बहुत means the same and is used for amounts: घर मे बहुत लोक अछि.
