δεν + present
Negating Statements
Put δεν before the verb to make an ordinary indicative statement negative.
How It Works
Put δεν before the verb to make an ordinary indicative statement negative.
Any object clitics come between δεν and the verb. Δεν does not replace μη in a negative να-clause or prohibition; those constructions have their own pattern.
