Doubled Consonants

Tense consonants are sharper versions of consonants you already know!

Pronounce them with a tight throat, and no puff of air.

Some syllables have two batchim consonants at the bottom!

Both are pronounced. The second one slides over and starts the next syllable.

At the end of a word, or before another consonant, only one of the bottom consonants is pronounced!
