ㄱ looks like a Gun, and Gun starts with G.
That's how you'll remember its sound!
In Korean, letters combine into syllable blocks:
Consonant+Vowel=Syllable
For example:
ㄱ's bottom stroke curves to the left when it's next to a vertical vowel!
Careful! ㄱ sounds more like K at the start of a word, and G between vowels.
