How It Works

Feic has chonaic as an independent past and faca after relevant particles: Chonaic mé í; Ní fhaca mé í; An bhfaca tú í?

Feic has different independent and dependent past stems. Use chonaic in the plain affirmative, ní fhaca in a negative and an bhfaca in a question. The dependent forms are not obtained by just prefixing the particles to chonaic.
