kedu: How or Which
Kedu + ka or a noun.
How It Works
Kedu is a flexible question word.
| Example | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Kedu ka i mere? | How are you? |
| Kedu ebe i bi? | Where do you live? |
| Kedu aha gị? | What is your name? |
You will also see the greeting as Kedu ka ị mere? with a dotted ị. Both spellings occur. This course writes i because mere has first-group vowels.
Ole “how many” is a different word, and olee comes in a later lesson.
