εκτός αν
Unless
Εκτός αν introduces an exception to the condition under which the main clause holds.
How It Works
Εκτός αν introduces an exception to the condition under which the main clause holds.
It does not normally require an extra negative to mean unless. A negative inside the clause has its own meaning and must be interpreted as part of the condition.
